Make a list of healthy things you enjoy doing and eating, and do them more often\u2014especially on offense weeks. For me, the list includes things like these:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fixing things in the house and yard<\/li>\n<li>Dancing<\/li>\n<li>Walking and hiking<\/li>\n<li>Fresh fruit<\/li>\n<li>Ice tea<\/li>\n<li>Kombucha (check it out!)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It\u2019s easier to <em>increase healthy<\/em> things you enjoy than to <em>decrease unhealthy<\/em> things you enjoy.
